Shipping

Domestic orders are delivered using UPS. We cannot accept international orders.

Orders are normally sent to your credit card billing address. The Billing Address that you provide during the checkout process will be verified with your credit card company, so you must provide the address as it appears on your statement. Should you prefer that your order be shipped to another address, we will require faxed authorization from you. This includes a signed copy of the invoice along with legible copies of your driver's license and the credit card that was used. We have established this process in order to protect both you and us against fraudulent credit card use.

We do not allow any reroutes on packages. The courier must deliver the package as it is addressed. If you have any specific delivery requirements, please make those arrangements when placing your order.

Returns
All requests for returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with a product or if the product has been damaged during shipment, please call us at 609-386-2093. We will do our best to resolve the situation promptly and to your satisfaction. Please note that returns will only be accepted within 10 days of delivery.
